Wood Care, Finishes & Information.

All wood products when finished are below 9% moisture content ambient to the home.

Wood items should not be displayed in direct sunlight or extreme heat due to fading or cracking.

Grasspots are finished with melamine lacquered for ease of maintenance (Damp cloth or leather) unless stated.

Bowls are finished in oils or waxes, bowls for food are finished with a compatible oil, cleaned with soap & water (not dishwasher).

On bespoke products you can request the finish you would like.

We accept payments via PayPal, Cheque or Cash. If you would like to pay via any method other than PayPal please contact us

We only accept returns when the goods are damaged, if for some reason your goods are damaged prior to you receiving them please contact us within 5 days.
